These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Veladent website and, once subscribed, the Veladent practice management platform. By using our website or product, you agree to these terms.
Use of the platform
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract required. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including compliance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations for any patient data entered into the platform.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times and provide 24/7 support, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
Veladent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
